1. Warranty Coverage:

• All sensors purchased from Silae ESG Solutions Pvt Ltd come with a repair warranty that covers electrical or electronic defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

• The warranty does not cover physical damages to the sensors.

• Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace sensors found to have electrical or electronic defects, free of charge.

2. Extended Warranty:

• After the initial one-year period from the date of purchase, customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty.

• The extended warranty is available at a rate of 6% per annum.

• This extended warranty covers the same terms as the initial warranty, providing repair or replacement for electrical or electronic defects.

3. Refunds:

• Silae ESG Solutions Pvt Ltd does not provide refunds for sensor purchases.

• Once a sensor is purchased, it is considered a final sale.

4. Monthly Subscription Cancellation:

• Customers who have subscribed to our monthly services may cancel their subscription at any time.

• Upon cancellation, any unused balance amount in the customer's account will be credited.

- Customers have two options for using their credited balance:

  a. Apply the balance towards future purchases or services with [Your Company Name].

  b. Request a refund of the balance amount.

5. Refund Request Process:
