1. Warranty Coverage:
All sensors purchased from Silae ESG Solutions Pvt Ltd come with a repair warranty that covers electrical or electronic defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover physical damages to the sensors.
Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace sensors found to have electrical or electronic defects, free of charge.
2. Extended Warranty:
After the initial one-year period from the date of purchase, customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty.
The extended warranty is available at a rate of 6% per annum.
This extended warranty covers the same terms as the initial warranty, providing repair or replacement for electrical or electronic defects.
3. Refunds:
Silae ESG Solutions Pvt Ltd does not provide refunds for sensor purchases.
Once a sensor is purchased, it is considered a final sale.
4. Monthly Subscription Cancellation:
Customers who have subscribed to our monthly services may cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, any unused balance amount in the customer's account will be credited.
- Customers have two options for using their credited balance:
a. Apply the balance towards future purchases or services with [Your Company Name].
b. Request a refund of the balance amount.
5. Refund Request Process:
