How to add a user account
A user account can only be added by account administrators or users with granted privilege.
Sn account administrator can access and manage all users account details, including adding, editing or removing accounts.
Minimum Information Required
Whiie adding an account, only minimum information to securely provision the account is required. This includes email and password.
Users can chose to provide additional information for additional security and functionalities such as phone number and profile picture.
How to delete a user account
A user account can be deleted by the signed in user or by account administrators.
To delete an account, following following instructions:
Go to the user management section of the mobile app
Click on delete icon on user proifle
After confirmation, account will be deleted
